RESTORE Oct 2010 Workshop

We had our first intensive team workshop 11-13 October in Vännäs, a short drive from Umeå. Using literature from ecology, political science, and history, we discussed the disciplinary backgrounds of the project participants and how restoration projects are understood in those contexts. We had presentations of preliminary project plans and research designs, and refined the plans for the upcoming international collaborators workshop. We’re all excited about seeing the project develop!
